Frequently Asked Questions
Cannot Sign In or Workspace Unavailable
Ensure your internet connection is active and your sign-in method matches the provider originally used during registration. If your Workspace requires custom storage, the owner should configure storage settings in the web admin console first.
Photo or Live Photo Upload Failed
Keep the app in the foreground until upload tasks enter the queue, and verify that photo library access permissions have been granted. Live Photos require both the still image and paired video components.
Did Not Receive Gallery Update Notifications
Notification permissions are requested only after you actively subscribe to a public gallery. Ensure system notifications are enabled in device settings, then reopen the gallery to verify subscription status.
Sponsorship Purchase Did Not Complete
Sponsorship transactions are processed by Apple StoreKit. Ensure your App Store account allows in-app purchases and retry shortly. For billing, refund, or transaction history questions, please contact Apple Support.
How to Delete Your Account
In the app, navigate to Profile → Delete Account and follow the prompts. Deletion will clean up Workspace ownership, hosted media, third-party authentications, and statutory retention records.
